Section 8: In the 15-puzzle encoding of $\operatorname{oneTileMoved}(i,j,k,l,t)$, the constraints $\bigwedge_{n=1}^{16}(S_{k,l,n,t}\Leftrightarrow S_{i,j,n,t+1})$ should be used in addition to $\bigwedge_{n=1}^{16}(S_{i,j,n,t}\Leftrightarrow S_{k,l,n,t+1})$.
